Baltinglass Senior Championship 1990

Baltinglass proved to strong for Annacurra and claimed another title on a score line of 2-14 to 0-4. The game started slowly and the sides were level at a point a piece after 10 minutes but then Baltinglass went into over drive and outscored their opponents 10 points to 1 to leave the half time score 0-11 to 0-2. Producing a powerful display of football Baltinglass added goals in the second half through Tommy Murphy in the 19th and Andy Owens in the 22nd minute to wrap up a comprehensive victory and there 16th county title.
