The Baltinglass ladies club are on a role at the moment with another Co Title

to add to the years work.The U14 girls pulled off the shock of the championship this

year by beating a well fancied Arklow.This victory will live long in the memory as a fine footballing

preformance with great determination and teamwork on display.Paul Garrigan Team manger was not going to let anything slip and left no stone unturned in the preparation of the county final against St.Pats on Oct.18th in Laragh again.Paul

was ably assisted by Paddy Dowling & Jim Cushe.The girls got off to a flying start with 2 goals rattleing

the St.Pats net.They took full control from start to finish and at one stage went 17 pts ahead.St.Pats mounted

a come back after half time with 2 goals.But the girls took control again and went on worthy winners on a 12 pt

margin.Scorers Chloe Farrell 3-4,Samantha Meara 1-3,Helena Dowling,Rachael O Neill 0-2,Marina Timmins 0-1.
